Recently we hosted a Brazilian Jiu Jitsu seminar with our professor and head instructor Anthony Perosh at the gym.
On the night Anthony share with us his vast knowledge and skills on the mats and giving us his insights of the art of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu.
It was also a very special night as Anthony promoted head coach Richard to the rank of brown belt in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. A massive congratulations to coach Richard for achieving his new rank and a big thanks to Anthony for coming down and giving us a great seminar and to everyone who attended on the night.
