You can hone in on your Muay Thai, BJJ, or Boxing skills, increase your strength, improve your cardio, or aim to lose weight and build muscle. Richard and Todd can also offer nutritional advice based on your personal goals.
When you get in touch about personal training sessions, Richard or Todd will discuss your needs with you, and ask you what you want to get out of each session, so that you can both tailor a program that will help you get to exactly where you want to be.
